西瓜偎大邊

PicsPartout.... Weather forecast for the Asia-Pacific region Tuesday, July 10, 2007 AP Tropical Storm Man-Yi in the Western Pacific is expected to become a typhoon early Wednesday as it tracks northwestward towards southern Ryukyu Islands. No direct impact on any landmass is expected on Wednesday and Thursday. The low pressure system in the Sea of Japan will remain nearly stationary on Wednesday, producing light to moderate rain in parts of the Korean peninsula and northeastern China. Moderate to heavy rain with numerous thunderstorms are anticipated across Honshu and Kyushu Wednesday morning. As the front pushes into the Western Pacific at night, rainfall rates should drop significantly. In addition, the southern portion of the front will become stationary in southeastern China, triggering scattered showers and thunderstorms. Over Australia, a cold front sweeping through the southeastern tip of the continent will weaken on Wednesday, resulting in decreasing showers and thunderstorms. A chance of rain will remain in the Tasmania. The large system in the Tasman Sea will continue to transport moisture into eastern New South Wales, producing continued coastal showers and isolated thunderstorms. The rest of the continent will be dominated by a strong ridge of high pressure with mostly mild and dry weather expected.
